On Tuesday, shared what civil rights work looked like on the ground this year.

✅We secured $1.1M for people harmed by discrimination and handled 1,300 plus complaints, including 319 mediations.

✅We also met residents where they are, reaching 4,000 plus people across all eight wards.

✅Language Access helped 280,000 LEP and NEP residents get past language barriers to District services,

✅and Youth Bullying Prevention reached 71,000 students, teachers, and parents to support safer schools.
