Black Conservative Federation Elevating Black America, By Establishing Conservative Values.

It is long since past a time for real, lasting change in the culture of Black urban areas in our country; the Black Conservative Foundation (BCF) was established in 2016 to advocate for that change. The BCF elevates the Black conservative movement with the specific goals of economic stability, educational support, and increased community involvement for those urban areas harmed by impotent liberal policies that have plagued our communities for over fifty years. Our motto is, "All are welcome" because the people we serve have a seat waiting for them at the conservative table.

Have children under 18? This is for you. 🇺🇸

The October 1 expansion of Trump Accounts brought automatic enrollment to millions more eligible children, including those born before 2025. Parents still need to claim their child’s account.

Eligible children born in 2025–2028 can receive a one-time $1,000 federal contribution, while some older children may qualify for the separate $250 Dell gift. Different contributions have different eligibility rules.

BCF is breaking down what families need to know about eligibility, contributions, investments, withdrawals, and claiming an account.

Building the American Dream starts with giving the next generation a foundation.
