In his session, "Agile Cloud Revolution with Actionable Enterprise Architecture," Budhraja will cover Cloud projects that used Agile methodologies such as Scrum, RUP, actionable Agile, and business driven Enterprise Architecture (EA) for the Government that transitioned entire processes to realize the benefits of rapid provisioning, dynamic scaling and deployment processes were customer management, reporting, authentication, back end processes, etc. The key was to identify and prioritize the specific processes as migration candidates, prioritize release items, develop key performance metrics with continuous monitoring, automated testing, and workload analysis.This session goes over Agile approaches, methodologies, tools, and best practices using the Cloud for Government programs.Agile methodologies were utilized during the development of hybrid Cloud solutions, aggregation of Cloud services and for the overall integration with services, data sources and applications.
