The NEDP comprises the continuum of Executive Education courses and programs offered by the Navy to Navy Senior leaders from Flag/SES to O6/GS15 and high potential O5s.

Chris Beveridge, CISCO's Senior Manager of Thought Leadership, leads a detailed discussion on strategy, teamwork and leadership with attendees of the Navy Senior Leadership Seminar held through NPS' Center for Executive Education, Feb. 16, 2012. During the presentation, he remarked on critical job skills, roles and teamwork, leadership training and making good decisions under fire – all of which are a sustainable advantage for employees. “Employees are our human capital,” he noted.

SAN DIEGO (Dec. 9, 2011) Commander, Navy Region Southwest Rear Adm. Dixon Smith delivers remarks after relieving Rear Adm. William French during a change of command ceremony Dec. 9 aboard the USS Midway Museum in San Diego, Calif. Smith relieved French as the region's commander on the flight deck of the decommissioned carrier during an event attended by military, local city leaders and guests.
