🏅FAPAC is pleased to select Nicole Hoang of the University of Pennsylvania as the 2026 Distinguished Public Service Scholarship Award winner. The 2026 award is named in honor of Secretary Norman Y. Mineta and the $5,000 scholarship will be presented to Nicole during the FAPAC Awards Gala on May 30th in Falls Church, VA. Congratulations, Nicole!
