Raymond Faxio, Program Director of the Coalition's Emery Low Barrier Shelter, knows the significance of providing clients with the tools they need to be successful firsthand. We recently stopped by to learn what home means to him.

🏠⭐ There's no place like home and the Coalition invites you to join our mission of making home a reality for many of D.C.'s unhoused residents! When our director of operations James Freeny thinks of his own home, he recalls the sense of peace and security his space provides.

The 11th annual gala directly supports 's transitional housing program, which provides for the immediate needs of the homeless including food, social services, and even rental assistance.

For Staff Accountant Tara Walters, home provides privacy and the opportunity to indulge in hobbies like crochet and knitting. Tara's favorite thing about her home is also spending time with family.
