Some outtakes from .dc’s Bundle Up and Shop 2025 event 🎁
Every year, this event is one of the many ways that we as an organization we show how we do life with our clients and share the opportunity with them to shop for themselves and their loved ones, at absolutely no cost to them, this holiday season.
We would like to thank St. Luke Catholic Church for providing the space for us to do this event.
We would also like to thank all of our staff members, from our incredible team of Case Managers to the entirety of our leadership group. This event would not have been even remotely possible without your thoughtfulness, hard work, and effort in setting up and transforming the space into something magical and memorable.
Last but not least, we are grateful to all our clients. Serving you all gives us immense purpose and the smiles we saw many of you flashed that day gently reminded us why we do what we do in the first place. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. We cannot wait to run it back and go even bigger and better for next year’s Bundle Up and Shop! 💖

Mr. Curtis Alston has been a pleasure to work with. Mr. Alston doesn’t just meet deliverables, but he continuously keeps you in the loop of all his cases. Mr. Alston goes above and beyond the job descriptions by supporting his team and anyone needing assistance. I have seen Mr. Alston stop what he was doing just to help a teammate to make their situation less stressful. Mr. Alston is a human being advocate. Mr. Alston leads the team to communicate with tenant advocacy to get updates and to show his support to all voucher holding residents of Washington DC. Mr. Alston might have miss one of his callings as a comedian, but he is always full of positive energy. He is a person that will never let you fail and if you struggle, he will see you through it with him going through it with you. You are never alone when he is present.
