[RETAIL CRIME & THEFT] Last week, Congress advanced the NSBA-endorsed Combating Organized Retail Crime Act (CORCA), to expand federal enforcement tools targeting organized theft rings, cargo theft, and interstate criminal networks that drive up costs and disrupt operations for small businesses and small firms nationwide.

THIS WEEK, Congress is considering making the “Rule of Two” a permanent protection for Small-Business contractors, helping ensure federal agencies prioritize Small Businesses when at least two qualified firms can compete for the work. cc/ House Committee on Small Business
