[NSBA PARTNER] Amazon recently published its 2025 Small Business Empowerment Report, a comprehensive look at the incredible achievements of the independent sellers building their businesses in and beyond Amazon's store.

Since 2000, Amazon and independent sellers have been transforming retail together. Today, more than 60% of sales in Amazon's store come from independent sellers—most of which are small and medium-sized businesses. The success stories in this report show how sellers build their brands, increase sales, leverage powerful tools to drive their businesses, and make a meaningful impact in their local communities.

[HARDWIRED | EP. 17] Administrative regulatory whiplash isn’t the only double take for this week:

The regulatory landscape is also returning back to a number of previous standards, including dropped litigation over a proposed overtime rule and a pending rulemaking reinstating independent contractor standards from the previous Trump Administration.
