JOB OPENING | Protestant Parish Coordinator

The Bolling Chapel is seeking a part-time Protestant Parish Coordinator to support the Protestant community and work alongside the Senior Protestant Chaplain. We are looking for a motivated, professional, and self-directed candidate with ministry experience, strong knowledge of the Protestant faith, and the ability to communicate and work well with people of all ages.

Applicant packages are must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026, by 4:00 p.m. EDT.

Position: Protestant Parish Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated, professional and passionate Protestant Parish Coordinator to build Christian community and create ministry events. This is a part-time position awarded as a Chapel Tithes and Offering Fund (CTOF) Contract and is considered a non-personal services contract. The contractor to whom this position is awarded will work with the Senior Protestant Chaplain to fulfill Chapel requirements as outlined in a Performance of Work Statement.

Prospective contractors can pick up the Performance of Work Statement (PWS), the Basis of Award, and bid sheet from the JBAB Chapel Center reception office Monday- Friday from 0730-1530 or by email request to [email protected].

The JBAB Chapel is excited to share that Vacation Bible School registration is now open! VBS will run 13–17 July, 0900–1220 and is open to children who have completed K-8th grade. Space is limited this year, so families are encouraged to register early. Please note: All participants must pre‑register. No onsite registration will be available.

Volunteers are also needed to help make this year’s program a success. Registration for both participants and volunteers is available at the link below:
