America's only NPO dedicated to supporting the Reserve and Guard, all ranks, all branches.

Since 1922, ROA has championed the cause of Reservists at home and on the battlefield. The evolution of that mission over 90 years has helped protect the rights and benefits of millions of individual Reservists while preserving a strong and capable Reserve Force as a component to our national security.

All current and former Reserve Component service members, spouses, children, and survivors are eligible to join. All you need to do is sign up and commit to raise a minimum of $500 for ROA to help us raise awareness of ROA's mission and create programs that support a strong, educated, healthy, and happy Reserve Force.

Team ROA athletes will receive a complimentary race bib, ROA challenge coin, ROA race shirt, and are eligible to participate in a pre-race shakeout run with partnering MSOs and VSOs.

Spaces on Team ROA are limited, so please submit your request to join the team via the link in the comments to get started! (NOTE: Completing the registration request form does not guarantee entry. Each applicant will be reviewed and selected.)

Did you know that an estimated 24,000 members of the Reserve Component are unemployed, and a recent study determined that up to 50 percent of the Reserve enlisted force is underemployed?

Check out the link in the comments for more information about how ROA is building a suite of tools and partnerships to help change this.

Please join us for our first ReserveConnect Forum on June 9, 2026, focusing on Behavioral Health Challenges in the Reserve Components.

ROA will be hosting two live webinars focusing on behavioral health challenges Reservists and their families face, early eligibility and TAMP 180 for TRICARE benefits, reintegration from conflict zones, current stressors on the force, and the lack of available resources.

The webinars will be held at noon and 7:00p.m. ET. The webinar content will be identical so plan to attend the one that best fits your schedule.

You can register for the webinars via the links in the comments. πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
