Prevention of the misuse of nuclear weapons.

The INWA is an international organization, receives it's governmental powers to hold international court hearing for nuclear weapons violations of the INWA Nuclear Weapons Treaty for members of the Treaty. The significance of major nuclear weapons powers, those countries being members causes the enforcement of the Treaty to affect non-members to the INWA Nuclear Weapons Treaty.

NUCLEAR WAR SOONER THAN YOU THINK!
September 24, 2018
October 2017 Russia parked nuclear submarine off coast of Alaska for two weeks. Their Firing Solution was: One nuclear weapons missile to prematurely set off Yellowstone Super Volcano to take out over half of the United States. A second missile to 25 miles north of L.A. on the San Adrian Fault Line to cause a major earth quake and drop off the entire West Coast of United States into the Pacific ocean. All that was left was a telephone call to launch. After that it takes 60 seconds to get missiles launched. Then it is just minutes to reach United States. Russia called off this attack.

A nuclear weapons attack by Russia against the United States, it would be ridiculous to make a small attack. In the proximity of several nuclear weapons detonated in your area, if you survived the immediate blast, less than 50% of the remaining people that found shelter in basements soon enough, would suffer from "radiation poisoning" until dead in approximately 29 days. Very few people in United States would still be alive past 29 days, approximately 4%. Those people would die within the next 2 weeks.

Close doesn't count when playing Horseshoes, but it counts when thermonuclear weapons are "nearly launched".

There are thousands of Russians living in major cities in the United States, just like people from other countries, and we all just get along with each other. Russians are actually likable people. The United States needs to extend this ability to get along with Russians to include within Russia.

August 30 2017 INTERNATIONAL NUCLEAR WEAPONS ALLIANCE 2017 Treaty, requires an attacking country to notify intent of a nuclear preemptive strike launch identifying the target country to the Director of the INWA. Failure to do so before the nuclear weapon attack can result in a court ordered penalty not to exceed a similar sized nuclear weapon, which could be devastating to a small country, however by the INWA international court order penalty is not deemed part of any nuclear war response, as it is just a penalty for an illegal action taken. SEE: 2017 Treaty Button, intnwa.org, and contact information.

2010 INWA Video: This video presentation is created to make more aware the citizens and governments of countries on Earth to not use nuclear weapons in war, their use endangering all life in all countries on Earth, for the reason of war between a few countries, and to prevent the total annihilation of humanity indirectly from the release of nuclear weapon gamma radiation on Earth into the atmosphere, the air that we breathe, the water that we drink, and into the earth that produces the food that we eat, and our building materials which is irreversable once released. It would be less likely a limited nuclear exchange, while one launch control at the turn of keys releases ten missiles, each carrying five nuclear weapons, (a total of 50 5-megaton nuclear bombs), unlikely viewed while incoming to a country as a limited nuclear weapons strike, by Russia, United States, or China. [ INWA contact and Donations information in 2010 video will need to be used from going to this year's version of website INTNWA.ORG home page ]
IF THIS VIDEO FREEZES, PLEASE RESTART AND RESUME WHERE YOU WERE.

Dec 2: Sources said, Russia parked the most modern nuclear weapons firing submarine they have off the coast of Alaska on July 15, 2015, waiting for firing orders against the United States as their target. No further information is available. The why is another story.

Jul 9: The INWA has no country as a treaty member. The Prime Minister of Canada has been communicating with the INWA about the treaty, and the Prime Minister has asked for permission to turn over the information discussed to their military, and the Director of the INWA agreed. Meanwhile, there are no money donations to the INWA on the website, and the Director is still pulling personal funds out of his pocket toward keeping the website, and the treaty out there, on website INTNWA.ORG, a publically viewable website available to citizens and governments of all countries on Earth, This funds needed are tens of thousands of dollars of expenses, in the cost of telephone lines, office space, research and public relations each month, "an" such. (Meaning we are both just sitting here togrther talking to each other.)

Are YOU and I to believe the INWA could be treated as a survey, that all countries in the world don't care that the United States and Russia have enough nuclear weapons to destroy Earth several times, and that there is a possibility of an eventual full out attack using nuclear weapons! "Do you remember the MX-MISSILE SYSTEM and what it was designed for? -- to keep nuking Earth until computers saw all human activity had stopped, in that region!

Personally, if I could survive a nuclear blast in one piece, if I could withstand all of the background nuclear radiation and it just was affecting everything else, but not me -- I would not want to continue living like that. It would be a horrible life, and with no affect from the radiation on you, then, no food and death by starvation or su***de. Even if you survive, you are going to die.

It is like if you spray too much "bug spray" in your room, you have to go to the hospital because you inhaled too much, and you think you will get better, -- but what you don't know is, ""The Doctor" has already pronounced you dead.""

Maybe, if you work in a government office, or if you are non-military, or non-government - company worker, or some other type of individual, from your country, could make just a donation to ease my mind, that it is not true that, "Nobody cares if we all die tommorrow.(s).."

The INWA has a Director's telephone line, published on the website INTNWA.ORG
