We're looking for compassionate families to join our Transitional Living Program and Host Homes by opening their homes and hearts to youth who require stability, support, and a safe place to grow.

As a Host Home, you provide more than just a roof over someone’s head you offer guidance, encouragement, and a chance for a brighter future. Our program supports youth ages 12 to 21 as they transition into independence, and we walk alongside host families every step of the way with training, resources, and ongoing support.

We are currently recruiting Host Families in PG County to support youth who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of running away. If you live in a home with easy access to Metro or bus lines, have a compassionate heart, and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to connect with you.

Our Transitional Living Program and Host Homes Program provide safe housing for youth while we work toward family reunification and long-term stability. Your support can change a young person’s life. 💛🏠
