New with Release 10.0! Army Civilian Attendance Validation

Did you know that following Release 10.0 (deployed on 4 June, 2016) Immediate Supervisors, HQDA G-3/5/7 Administrators and Schools/Cendors can now validate Army Civilian course attendance?

Immediate Supervisors will receive a daily email notification for Army Civilians who require attendance validation for a training event. Attendance can be validated after an SF 182 has been approved and the course start date has passed. Immediate Supervisors will also be notified via the Pending Actions dashboard on their GoArmyEd homepage.

HQDA G-3/5/7 Administrators (including Training Managers, Career Program Managers, Authorizing Officials, and HQDA G-3/5/7) can validate Army Civilian attendance from the SF 182 via the SF 182 Management page.

Schools/Vendors can validate Army Civilian course attendance during the invoicing process. Note: this validation is for informational purposes only and will not prevent a school/vendor from submitting their invoice.
