DC LERA is a forum where members can engage in think tanks, policy advocacy to express ideas, enrich their knowledge, and expand their network.

DC LERA sponsors monthly luncheon programs January through June and September through December at downtown DC venues. Our luncheon events are on fourth Wednesdays of the month. Dates may vary in November and December to accommodate the holidays. We also organize occasional social events and visits to organizations with special stories about labor or employment relations. Please go to our website www.DCLERA.org to check out our current programs.
