Over 30 years ago, the Republican Communications Association (RCA) was founded by former Congressman Bob Walker of Pennsylvania as an outlet for press secretaries to meet, mingle, and share ideas. RCA members were cordially invited to attend a mixer with Hillsdale College in D.C. Graduate School of Government Students, James Madison Fellows, and Journalist Alumni.
