NEW: Rep. Roy is demanding answers after FDA pushed its review of Biden’s mail-order abortion pill policy to March 2027, despite assurances of action by Fall 2026.

Congress cannot indefinitely fund implementation of Biden-era rules that expanded access to abortion pills used to kill unborn children.

If the FDA won’t act, Congress must.

NEW: Rep. Roy is asking HHS to further investigate CAIR and other Islamic groups for potential abuse of taxpayer-funded grants and terrorism ties.

The letter comes after a new study found $80 million in HHS-originated grants were going to extremist groups, many with ties to foreign terrorists.

HHS Secretary Robert Kennedy, Jr. is being asked to investigate Islamic non-profits for terrorism ties and abuse of taxpayer-funded grants.
