Ms. Autry and Ms. Bullock’s classes had a wonderful time today at Watkins Park! Students, parents, and teachers all enjoyed the beautiful weather and engaging activities. From nature walks to fun at the playground, it was a perfect opportunity for everyone to relax and connect.

Ms. Hooks’ third-grade class embarked on an exciting bug hunt, and they made some fascinating discoveries! The students observed, pondered, and questioned the wonders of the insect world during their exploration.
Stay tuned as they prepare to delve deeper into their findings and make sense of all the intriguing details they uncovered. We can’t wait to see what they’ll learn next!
Today, we celebrated Officer Spears Day at ECA, honoring our incredible security guard, Mr. Spears! Not only does he keep us safe every day, but he also serves as a comforting presence and safe place for both students and staff.
To show our appreciation, we surprised him with heartfelt cards, kind words, and a special token of appreciation. The day was made even more memorable with a surprise lunch and a heartwarming visit from his sister!

What a beautiful Friday it was in Ms. Whitener’s class as they celebrated their wonderful moms! Moms were showered with love and appreciation through a shared meal, a “Mommy and Me” painting session, followed by gifts and favors. A huge thank you to Ms. Whitener, Ms. Anderson, Ms. Bobbitt, and Ms. Fenner for organizing such a special day. Happy Mother’s Day!
Our incredible staff was treated to a Taco Tuesday feast and mocktails! From tacos and nachos to colorful drinks, lunch was full of laughter and gratitude. Thank you to our dedicated educators for your passion and hard work. 💙💛
