The Alliance of Political Parties of Iranian Kurdistan issued a statement calling for solidarity among Iran’s oppressed nations and pro-democracy forces, emphasizing the need for a democratic transition built on national rights, equality, and fundamental freedoms.

The statement includes a direct appeal to the Azerbaijani Turkish nation, affirming the historical coexistence of Kurds and Azerbaijanis in mixed regions and calling for joint administration, equal rights, and democratic governance in such areas. The Alliance also reaffirmed its commitment to the historic Friendship Pact between the Republic of Kurdistan and the Azerbaijan National Government as a guiding framework for Kurdish-Azerbaijani relations.

The Alliance further declared its commitment to peaceful coexistence with all neighboring states, stating that stability can only be achieved through dialogue and mutual respect.

ائتلاف نیروهای سیاسی کوردستان ایران در این مقطع حساس مبارزاتی با اتکا به پیشینەی تاریخی و اصول مبارزاتی جنبش ملی و دمکراتیک کوردستان و با درک مسئولیت تاریخی خویش در شرایط حساس کنونی ایران، بار دیگر بر ضرورت همبستگی و اتحاد میان تمامی نیروهای آزادی‌خواه و ملت‌های تحت ستم کشور برای گذار از استبداد و بنای آینده‌ای دمکراتیک تأکید می‌کند.
ما بر این باوریم که آینده‌ای پایدار برای ایران تنها در سایه‌ی استقرار نظامی دمکراتیک، مبتنی بر به ‌رسمیت شناختن حقوق ملی ملت‌ها، عدالت و برابری، و تضمین آزادی‌های بنیادین شهروندان امکان‌پذیر است. ائتلاف نیروهای سیاسی کوردستان ایران در این مسیر، آمادگی خود را برای همکاری و هم‌افزایی با تمامی نیروهای سیاسی و مدنی دموکراسی‌خواه در جهت ساختن ایرانی آزاد، دموکراتیک و متکثر اعلام می‌دارد.

خواهران و برادران آذری!
ما به این واقعیت تاریخی آگاهیم که در شماری از شهرها و نواحی، بویژه در آذربایجان و کوردستان، آذری ها و کوردها، در طول تاریخ در کنار یکدیگر زندگی کرده‌اند. آیندەی این مناطق باید بر اساس همکاری، ادارەی مشترک و تضمین حقوق برابر همه جوامع شکل گیرد. در چنین مناطق مختلطی، ائتلاف احزاب کردستان ایران از ایجاد سازوکارهای اداره مشترک محلی که بازتاب‌ ترکیب جمعیتی و خواست مردم باشد حمایت می‌کند.
ائتلاف کوردستان بر این باور است که امنیت و ثبات پایدار تنها زمانی ممکن است که همه مردم منطقه اعم از کردها و ترک‌ها در آذربایجان، کردستان و دیگر مناطق از حقوق سیاسی، فرهنگی و زبانی برابر برخوردار باشند و اداره امور محلی از طریق نهادهای دموکراتیک و پاسخگو انجام گیرد.
ما همچون همیشە دست همکاری به سوی ملت ترک آذری و نیروهای سیاسی‌اش دراز می‌کنیم و آمادگی خود را برای گفت‌وگو، هماهنگی و ایجاد سازوکارهایی که امنیت عمومی و ثبات مناطق مشترک را تضمین کند اعلام می‌داریم. آیندەی منطقه باید بر پایه همزیستی، احترام متقابل و مشارکت برابر همه مردمان آن بنا شود. همچنین با تأکید بر روابط تاریخی و پیوندهای اجتماعی میان ملت کورد و ملت ترک آذری، بر این باوریم که آینده‌ی روابط میان این دو ملت باید بر پایه‌ی گفتگو، احترام متقابل و همزیستی مسالمت‌آمیز استوار باشد. در همین چارچوب، بار دیگر پایبندی خود را به مفاد و روح پیمان مودت میان جمهوری کوردستان و حکومت ملی آذربایجان اعلام می‌داریم و آن را نقشەی راە و نمادی از همکار
