🎃👻 Happy Halloween from D.A.R.T.! 🍬🦇
Halloween is a time for costumes, candy, and making memories with friends and family! As everyone heads out to celebrate, we want to share one important reminder:

🚫 21 — It’s the Law!
In Missouri, the federal law dictates the legal drinking age is 21. Underage drinking is no treat, and making safe choices helps keep our youth and community safe.

Whether you're heading to a Halloween party, trick-or-treating, or spending time with friends, remember that you don't need alcohol to have a great time!

🎯 Do the Next Right Thing!
From all of us at D.A.R.T., have a safe, fun, and spooktacular Halloween! 🧡🖤
