MARRIED COUPLE INDICTED IN ELECTION FRAUD CASE

Thomas Holtzman and his wife, Marisol Guzman, were indicted by a federal grand jury on election-related charges. Holtzman faces charges related to false statements of citizenship and fraudulent registration; Guzman was charged with allegedly voting as an alien.

Robert J. Fundermann, a 50-year-old U.S. citizen from Anthon, Iowa, learned he’ll serve an 18-and-a-half-year sentence for distributing child s*x abuse material.

Evidence at the plea and sentencing hearings obtained during an HSI investigation showed that from April 2023 through April 2025, Fundermann distributed child s*x abuse material and groomed a 17-year-old child to obtain the videos and photographs.

Fundermann had 54 CSAM images and 98 CSAM videos on his phone — some that portrayed sadistic or masochistic conduct, prepubescent children and toddlers.

This wasn’t his first conviction, either. In 2019, this predator was convicted of soliciting n**e images from a child.

Child predators have NO SAFE HAVEN in America. We will find them and bring them to justice.

CHILD PREDATOR Corbett Lloyd Craig, a U.S. citizen from Washington, began a 27-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to 2 counts of enticing and trying to entice a child and 1 count of possessing child s*x abuse material.

His guilty plea followed an investigation by ICE HSI and the Klickitat County Sheriff.

Under President Donald J. Trump's leadership, we will continue to keep DANGEROUS PREDATORS off the streets and locked away where they belong.
