🌍 New global report released today by UN Women and United Nations Development Programme - UNDP at the Women Deliver Conference reveals key findings on gender equality worldwide. 📊

The report introduces the Women's Empowerment Index (WEI), which measures women's capacity and freedom to make choices and seize opportunities in crucial areas: health, education, inclusion, decision-making, and violence against women. 💪

According to the Women's Empowerment Index (WEI), women worldwide are only able to achieve 60% of their full potential on average. They achieve, on average, 72 percent of what men achieve across key human development dimensions, as measured by the Global Gender Parity Index (GGPI), reflecting a 28 percent of gender gap❗️
