It was brought to Ms. High's attention that Executive Director Brenda Donald, Latoya Thomas, as well as several other DCHA employees were having a meeting. In this meeting, Ms. High was being discussed in a negative manner defaming her character. Prior to finding out about this meeting, Ms. High had already released a Press Release to over 200 Media Contacts asking for the Executive Director to cease the Disinformation.
