Today’s Field Training Officer (FTO) scenario training highlighted the dedication of our FTO candidates as they mentor and guide soon‑to‑graduate recruits before certification. MPD is grateful for their commitment to strengthening the department and shaping our future leaders.

An additional special thank‑you to “Heroes Intervene” for providing valuable leadership training to our future FTOs this week. Your support helps prepare our teams and officers for success!
