Team America,
This week is your week to make a difference! Everyone clearly knows who I'll be casting my vote for, but no matter your beliefs please make sure you get out there and include yourself in process.
Sincerely,
Jake Hodgin

America,

People often inquire about our political and religious beliefs. We here at the campaign feel that the following two 21st Century films summarize these complicated answers nicely:

However, we don't really care if you have different beliefs than we do. Our differences are what make the world an interesting place. What we do care about is your ability compromise and make forward progress. If you're a fanatical far-right or far-left individual then you may not align with our goals and that's Okay. We'll still hear you out and not judge you for being an overzealous whack nut. We will probably even welcome you into our camp because we find your opposing views useful in our confirmation that we're fine with being rooted someplace in the political middle. Just don't set stuff on fire and bust out windows in your town square. That's just annoying and generally confirms to other people that you're probably an idiot.

Regards,

America,

I’ve spent months coming up with my official first order of business. Ready? I will give the entire country two weeks off!(with quarantine) Bear with me here. Our GDP is $21.4 trillion per year. The common cold and flu costs our nation ~$50.4 billion per year. The cold and flu survival rate outside a host body combined with the average length of symptoms is ~two weeks. So, if we quarantined the entire country for two weeks we could eradicate the cold and flu. And in 16.2 years we would recoup our money and have no more colds to deal with. Of course we would really need to quarantine the entire globe for two weeks, but the money ratio probably holds true for every economy. I could factor in the cost savings of a two week government shut down also, but the reports are conflicting, so i’m just calling that factor a wash right now.

America,

The team has been busy meeting and greeting folks throughout the Cascades and around the Central Oregon area of the Pacific North West.
We took a slight detour this week and made it back to the greater Portland area for a dinner event and were pleasantly surprised to meet our youngest supporter yet! Thanks, little Ryan, for keeping it fun and for bringing back the classic Ramblin' Rod look. The new buttons look perfect on you!
And a special thanks to our promotional team for all of their hard work in creating and distributng our new campaign swag.

Best regards,

Jake

America,

Our campaign team spent the last weekend canvassing SW Washington, spreading our core value (Make it awesome), and most importantly getting to know the local residents. We were well received and even invited back to the region for an Independence day celebration. We were truly honored.

Of course we will make every effort to align our busy tour schedule in an attempt to be back in the region by this event date.

Thanks for all of your hospitality.

Sincerely,

JHfP
