The White House Anti-Fraud Task Force, led by the Vice President JD Vance has been working diligently to identify waste in government programs, hold fraudsters accountable, and implement safeguards to prevent future misconduct.

This week, House Republicans are scheduled to vote on my bill, the Child Care Integrity Monitoring Act, which would strengthen oversight and combat fraud in federal childcare assistance programs.

Resources for children and working families should never be diverted through fraud, waste, or abuse. Taxpayer dollars must be protected and managed responsibly.

Throughout May, our office worked tirelessly to serve the people of Missouri’s Third District. Our office opened and resolved 190 cases and returned more than $335,000 in benefits and reimbursements to hardworking veterans, teachers, and families throughout the district.

On May 28, 1924, Congress passed the Labor Appropriation Act of 1924, officially establishing U.S. Customs and Border Protection

Today, we honor the men and women who have served, and those who continue to serve, with the mission of protecting the American people and enforcing our nation’s laws.

Their service reminds us that freedom is not free. Strong borders are essential to national security, and no nation can maintain its sovereignty without enforcing its laws.

Thank you to the agents and officers who work every day to uphold the policies enacted by House Republicans and President Donald J. Trump to combat the border crisis and help restore safety and security against criminals, gangs, and smugglers.

Wagner, Bell Introduce St. Louis Postal Accountability and Reform Act to Hold USPS Accountable for Delayed Mail 05/28/2026

In 2025, two audits by the U.S. Postal Service Inspector General documented longstanding operational failures that contributed to persistent mail delays across the St. Louis region. The families I represent are not receiving critical deliveries like medications, bills, and checks - which has become the expectation rather than the exception for our local USPS.

That is why I cosponsored legislation led by Ann Wagner and Representative Wesley Bell to improve the efficiency and accountability of the St. Louis Postal Service.

Missourians should be able count on consistent and dependable mail service.

Why would anyone think immigration enforcement stops at the border? U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents are doing the job they were sworn to do: enforcing federal law and protecting our communities.

Attacking federal law enforcement officers, obstructing operations, and resorting to violence is not peaceful - it’s disgraceful.

House Republicans will continue standing for law and order and supporting the men and women who put their lives on the line to enforce our laws.

When we invest in American infrastructure, we invest in American workers, American businesses, and America’s future.

Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Republicans and House Republicans will continue fighting to strengthen our manufacturing economy, modernize our infrastructure systems, and ensure the United States remains the strongest and most capable nation in the world.

It was an honor to speak today at the Saint Charles County Veterans Tribute Park about the meaning of Memorial Day and the profound sacrifices made by our veterans and fallen heroes. Today and every day, we remain deeply grateful for their courage, selflessness, and sacrifice.

05/25/2026

Memorial Day is a sacred day of remembrance, when communities across our nation come together to honor the brave men and women of our armed forces who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. We recognize the extraordinary courage and selflessness of those who gave their lives to protect the freedoms we hold dear.

Our gratitude should not end when the holiday does. We must continue to honor their legacy every day by remembering their service, supporting our military families and veterans, and cherishing our liberties in a manner worthy of their sacrifice.

T&I Committee Approves BUILD America 250 Act | Transportation and Infrastructure Committee 05/22/2026

Last night, Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Republicans advanced the bipartisan BUILD America 250 Act, a five-year surface transportation bill that invests in America’s roads, bridges, public transit, and highway safety programs.

Strong infrastructure is the foundation of a strong economy, and my colleagues and I are doing our part to create family-supporting jobs, drive innovation, strengthen supply chains, and keep America competitive in the global economy.
