The Circle of Support is a monthly, peer-to-peer virtual meeting providing a safe,
judgment-free space for Sailors and Guardsmen impacted by su***de or experiencing
ideation.
Guided conversations led by trained counselors via Microsoft Teams. Open to all eligible personnel; enrollment in Navy Wounded Warrior is not required to participate.

🚨 Today’s Spring Lunchtime Walk scheduled for Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from 1100–1200 has been CANCELLED due to rainy weather conditions. 🌧️
While the walks have been fun, energizing, and a great way to connect with one another, your safety while walking along the riverfront is most important.
We truly appreciate everyone who participated throughout the month. Thank you for bringing positive energy, enthusiasm, and support to each walk.
It was great meeting and walking with everyone, and we hope to see you all again at future NSAW Fitness Center events.
