Yesterday, CHC Chair conducted an oversight inspection of Delaney Hall amid a hunger strike inside the facility.

Detainees reported overcrowding, retaliation, and inadequate medical care. Espaillat was joined by Gabriela Soto, whose husband is detained inside after protesting for medical treatment.
