MXOC was proud to host Mother's Day Dinner for the second time this past Friday in partnership with Helping Hands Inc., for mothers who lost children. It was a very special event and MXOC was fortunate to welcome Dr. Lonise Bias as the keynote speaker. Special thank you to the planners, supporters, and the more than 100 mothers who joined us.

It's been a pretty amazing summer at the MXOC! A dozen program partners, a few hundred SYEPers, and one very dedicated community and we have something to show for it---check out the videos from just a couple of our program partners at today's panel and performance showcase!

Congress Park! Join us at Springfest here at the MXOC--rain or shine--this Saturday from 12pm-3pm. There will be games and activities for all ages! Come check out the rock wall, hand dance, DJ, moon bounce, popcorn, team sports and more! Planned by the PSA 705 Community Action Team and supported by our government partners.

Congress Park! There will be new programming on site this week including job readiness for teens, parent support, and additional arts and recreation classes for youths 5-12 on Tues. and Thurs.---stop by the site to sign up and learn more about these programs!
