Richard A. Posner is a judge, U.S. By his own words, he is unfit for his office and should be impeached by the US Senate.

Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and a senior lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School and he recently opined on his low valuation of the US Constitution...the document every military member and every federally elected official must swear to defend and uphold.

He's out! He resigned in September 2017 and has published a book about reforming the federal judiciary. To his credit, one point that frustrated him deeply was the way the courts treated "pro se" practitioners. In other words, those people who represented themselves before the federal courts. So...even a blind hog roots up an acorn once in a while!

"And on another note about academia and practical law, I see absolutely no value to a judge of spending decades, years, months, weeks, day, hours, minutes, or seconds studying the Constitution, the history of its enactment, its amendments, and its implementation (across the centuries—well, just a little more than two centuries, and of course less for many of the amendments). Eighteenth-century guys, however smart, could not foresee the culture, technology, etc., of the 21st century. Which means that the original Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the post–Civil War amendments (including the 14th), do not speak to today."
- These are the words of 7th District Court of Appeals Judge, Richard Posner and these words disqualify him or any other Judge from their oath. He is damning the very document that grants him legitimacy. He should be impeached by the US Senate, as allowed under the US Constitution that too many Senators ignore too.
