“I Want 100 Dogs”, by Stacy McAnulty, is our Storytime read for today, chosen by our guest reader Lola Dubon. Lola is National Queen 2027 Junior Miss and is currently raising funds for local animal shelters. Friends For Animals accompanied her and brought beautiful Macey along to visit our kids. Macey is a border collie mix who is housebroken and up for adoption! She was excellently behaved in the crowded youth department this morning and very calm with the children.

Storytime happens every Thursday morning at 10:40 and afternoon at 3:40. Ages 2-6 but older and younger children welcome!

Happy Terrifying Tuesday, everyone 🎃! This week's pick is Chuck Tingle's Fabulous Bodies! Fashion influencer by day and grave-robber by night, Poppy Stringer is on call when Eddie Michaels—a flamboyant, piano-slamming rockstar—unexpectedly dies. All Poppy has to do is retrieve Eddie’s body from the medical examiner’s office, but what starts as a routine delivery quickly goes off course when Eddie wakes up. Check out this spooky read and more like at Washington Carnegie Public Library!
