On this Independence Day, we’re proud to stand alongside this incredible community and honor the freedom and courage that define our great nation.

While Mother Nature has her own plans for us today — with rain moving in — our flag will be flying in our hearts just as high as ever. The spirit of the red, white, and blue doesn’t need clear skies to shine.

From our firefighting family to yours, we wish you a safe, joyful, and meaningful Fourth of July. May your celebrations be bright, your gratitude be deep, and your love of country be strong.

God bless Washington, and God bless the United States of America. 🎆
