These AP Lang students In Ms. Frey's class learned about the three rhetorical modes of persuasion: Ethos (persuasion based on credibility of the speaker), Pathos (emotions), and Logos (logic).

The groups were then asked to create an advertisement that used all three methods of persuasion. Examples included: Kanye West selling a shower karaoke machine, a Cocoon Thneed which replicates your own mom's hugs, and an indestructible hamster to avoid childhood pet loss trauma!

So creative!
