New Life for an Old Home

Over on Beacon Street, we're rehabbing an existing three-family home and converting it into a two-family, creating two quality homes with more livable space for families to live, grow, and put down roots.

Right now, the crews have stripped the interior all the way down to the framing. It may not look like much yet, but this is exactly where the transformation begins: rebuilt from the bones up, stronger and better than before.

Follow along as this one comes back to life.

🌳💚 We’re grateful to receive this heartfelt message from our friends at Waterbury Youth Services about NEST’s tree planting programming and the impact we can create when organizations come together in service of our community.

"Your partnership has helped create something truly special, an enduring representation of collaboration, education, and hope. Your efforts have left a permanent mark not only on our landscape but also on our hearts and minds of the young people we serve." – Olivia D., Waterbury Youth Services

Partnerships like these remind us that community development is more than projects. It's about creating opportunities for young people, strengthening neighborhoods, and building a legacy that will benefit generations to come.

We appreciate our partners and the shared commitment they bring to making Waterbury a stronger, greener, and more connected community.
