Meredith transformed our Activity Room into a spooky Halloween hideaway, making the afternoon even more festive! 🕸️🦇

🇩🇪🥨🍺 PROST! It's Oktoberfest at Cedarhurst of Waterloo! 🍺🥨🇩🇪

What a wunderbar afternoon we're having celebrating Oktoberfest with our residents! 🎶

Our Activity Room has been transformed into a charming little German village, and our residents are having a grand old time enjoying the lively sounds of our very own Waterloo German Band! 🎺🪗

With delicious pretzels, cheese, German b**r, and plenty of toe-tapping music, there's no shortage of smiles, laughter, and good old-fashioned fun!

A huge thank-you to the Waterloo German Band for bringing a little taste of Germany right here to Cedarhurst! ❤️

We put a spell on Happy Hour today, and did a HOCUS POCUS themed Happy Hour and it was SPOOKTACULAR! ✨🔮

The residents had a wickedly good time celebrating with a little “Hocus” Bingo, sipping on some delicious Witches’ Brew 🧪🍹, and enjoying some frightfully sweet cookies and cupcakes! 🧁🍪

This afternoon, we headed out for a relaxing scenic drive through the beautiful bottoms of Monroe County, taking in the countryside and enjoying the first signs of fall colors beginning to appear in the trees. 🍁🚐

It was a day filled with creativity, beautiful scenery, laughter, and great company! Everyone had a wonderful time making memories together! ❤️

🎃👻 **Spooky Fun & BBQ Goodness!** 🍖🍂

What a fun-filled day we had at Cedarhurst of Waterloo!

This afternoon, our residents had a blast creating their very own **Spooky Lava Lamps!** 🧪🫧 It was such a fun activity, and everyone enjoyed watching their spooky creations come to life!

Then, this evening, we headed just down the road to **Mr. Bar-B-Que** for a delicious dinner! 🍽️ Many of our residents enjoyed a good old-fashioned pork steak, along with some great food, laughter, and wonderful company!

Today we had a spooktacular time celebrating our wonderful residents with October birthdays! 🧡

Our Halloween-themed birthday social was full of laughter, smiles, and fun! We enjoyed delicious birthday cake, some tasty Witch’s Brew Punch, and danced the afternoon away to some of our favorites, including the YMCA, the Chicken Dance, and the Hokey Pokey! 💃🕺🎶

It was a wonderful afternoon filled with great company, lots of laughter, and some pretty fantastic dance moves! There's nothing better than seeing our residents having fun and making memories together. ❤️

🎉 Happy Birthday to all of our October birthday residents! We loved celebrating with you! 🎂🎃
