Local Businesses! Did you know that we offer a free service that can help you recruit and retain individuals in skilled & semi-skilled trains?

On-the-Job Training (OJT) is a wage reimbursement for the training of eligible new hires. If your business and the new employee qualify, you can be reimbursed for 50% of the employee’s wages during their training phase.
