Don’t miss our Parent Education Seminar tomorrow with our Alpine Coaches 💙
Rich Smith, Head U14 Coach will explore how a positive mindset shapes training and competition, with practical ways parents and coaches can support athletes’ motivation and enjoyment.
We’ll discuss why our words matter on the car ride home, how to focus on what athletes can control, and how to celebrate progress beyond race results. One simple reminder: “I love to watch you ski.”
World Cup racer Lila Lapanja will also join us to share her approach to mindset and some of the mental cues she relies on in her own training and racing!
Join us for a conversation about helping our athletes grow and keeping the joy in the sport! See link in bio and here: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82014741824?pwd=p8lVVMWi7UvuFbn4bnaBrOUj7DXtNS.1 password: 541178
