How do you know if therapy is actually working?

It might not always be some huge, obvious change. Sometimes it’s noticing your patterns, handling things a little differently, setting a boundary, or giving yourself more grace.

Progress doesn’t have to look perfect to be progress.

A break from our normal content-Happy National Dessert Day!

Sometimes, the sweetest things are the little moments that make us feel good — sharing a treat with a friend, taking a moment for yourself, or checking in on someone you care about.

Just like dessert, a little kindness can go a long way. Today, we’re reminding you to make room for the little joys, give yourself grace, and remember that taking care of your mental health matters, too.

What’s your go-to dessert? Let us know in the comments!

October is full of awareness months and observances that connect to mental health, wellness, relationships, and recovery.

While these topics may have a month dedicated to raising awareness, checking in on the people around us matters all year long.

This month and every month, check on your people. Ask how they’re really doing, start the conversation, and remind them they’re not alone.
