Celebrating our graduating seniors is one of the highlights of fair week! 🍀

This year, Allamakee County Farm Bureau was proud to launch a new Senior Banner Initiative to recognize the outstanding 4-H and FFA seniors who have dedicated years of hard work, leadership, and service to our county’s youth programs.

These banners are our way of saying thank you and congratulations to the young leaders who have represented agriculture, their clubs, and our community with pride. We hope each senior feels celebrated as they walk the fairgrounds one last time as a youth exhibitor.

Investing in our youth is an investment in the future of agriculture and our communities. We are honored to support these remarkable young people and wish them all the best as they begin their next chapter.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026, and thank you for making a lasting impact on Allamakee County! 💚🍀

Looking for a great way to fill your freezer while supporting local youth?

The Allamakee County Fair Livestock Auction is the perfect opportunity to purchase high-quality, locally raised beef, pork, lamb, chicken, or goat while investing in the next generation of agriculture. Whether you’re looking for a whole animal or want to split a purchase with family, friends, or neighbors by buying a half, quarter, or other share, there’s an option for everyone.

Every purchase supports a young exhibitor who has spent months caring for their project, learning responsibility, and developing valuable life skills. Your bid helps them continue these experiences for years to come.

Every Bid Makes a Difference.

Supporting local youth means investing in the future of our community.

When you attend the county fair, cheer on an exhibitor, or bid at the livestock auction, you're doing more than supporting a single project. You're encouraging young people who have spent months caring for their animals, learning responsibility, developing leadership skills, and building confidence.

These experiences help shape tomorrow's farmers, veterinarians, business owners, teachers, nurses, and community leaders.

Whether you're sitting in the show ring, walking through the barns, or raising your bidder number at the auction, your support matters.
