🚨 CANCELED! 🚨
Unfortunately, due to the wood at the playground being too wet, we are canceling our staining day scheduled for tomorrow.
We have too many factors working against us. The stain manufacturer recommends 2–5 days of dry weather before and after staining, and temperatures should remain above 50 degrees during and after application.
With the current weather conditions, we just don’t have a good window to get the job done properly.
We are planning to reschedule the staining project for late spring when we can hopefully get better weather conditions.
A big THANK YOU to everyone who was planning to come out and help. We really appreciate your willingness to volunteer and help keep Hideaway Park looking great! ❤️🌳🛝

We’ll once again be staining the wooden playground, and we’re going to need lots of volunteers to get the job done!

Whether you can spare a couple of hours or stay for the entire day, every bit of help makes a difference. As the saying goes, many hands make light work! 💪
