Halloween is just around the corner, and some communities are already kicking off the fun!

As families prepare for trick-or-treating and Halloween events, we encourage everyone to keep safety top of mind:
🍬 Carry a flashlight or wear reflective gear
🚸 Cross streets at designated crossings and watch for traffic
🎭 Choose costumes that don't obstruct vision or movement
📱 Keep track of children and have a plan if you become separated

We had a great time connecting with community members at the recent Community Health Fair hosted by Iron River Hospital!

Our EMS Outreach Liaison and Iron County EMS Manager enjoyed visiting with attendees, answering questions about EMS services, and providing free blood pressure screenings throughout the event. Opportunities like these allow us to promote health awareness, build relationships, and support the communities we are proud to serve every day.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, and a special thank you to Iron River Hospital for hosting such a wonderful event.

A huge thank you to the Kronenwetter Fire Department for the outstanding turnout and engagement at our recent Landing Zone Safety Training. We were especially grateful for the opportunity to train with your team, even while operating in our backup aircraft, proving that safety, teamwork, and education remain top priorities no matter what we're flying.

We appreciate the opportunity to work alongside such a dedicated group of professionals. The Kronenwetter community is fortunate to have a department that invests so heavily in education and emergency response readiness.

🍎📚 Happy World Teachers' Day! 📚🍎

Today, we're celebrating our Aspirus MedEvac educators, Jessica Combs and Amy Breit, whose dedication to EMS education helps keep providers prepared, licensed, and ready to deliver exceptional patient care. Together, they have provided more than 165 hours of CAPCE-accredited continuing education to our team and partner agencies throughout the region this year.

We're also grateful for the many EMS instructors at our local technical colleges who are educating, mentoring, and inspiring the next generation of EMS professionals.

Thank you to all who are shaping the future of EMS through education. 💙

Our hearts are with the entire REACH Air Medical Services family following the tragic loss of crew members in the Catalina Island crash. These professionals answered the call to help others, and their dedication and service will never be forgotten.
