🌱Something special has been growing at Spirited Sprout. It’s time we formally introduced you to it.

Some of you may remember Sprout Morning Out—and later, Sprout Afternoon Out. What began as a small enrichment program has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined.

Our Wednesday Seedlings have been growing since 2024, and our Sprouts Crew has been learning together since 2021. Now, we’re bringing these programs together under one name.

🌱 Meet The Growth Grove!

Our micro-school-inspired homeschool enrichment community is built around hands-on learning, meaningful relationships, creativity, practical life skills, and the freedom for children to explore their interests and grow in ways that honor who they are.

💚 Here’s what’s growing:
🌱 Tuesday Tiny Seedlings | Ages 2–3½
10 AM–12 PM, twice monthly
✨ NEW! Anticipated start: December 1, provided the group fills.

🌻 Wednesday Seedlings | Ages 4–6
10 AM–1 PM, twice monthly
An established group focused on early literacy, independence, social-emotional development, and foundational kindergarten-readiness skills.

🌳 Sprouts Crew | Best fit currently: Ages 8–11

Thursdays and Fridays, every other week
✔️Project-based academics, Multi-sensory Spanish, PE with the nervous system in mind, and an optional Musical Theatre/Piano/voice enrichment opportunity.

🧙‍♀️✨ Sounds spooky… but all friendlies here! 👻💚

Our Friendly Witches Tea & Glow Party was a WHOLE VIBE! 🖤💜

Costumes? ✔️ Neon gear? ✔️ Witchy foods and tea? ✔️ One giant cauldron and a room full of imagination? ABSOLUTELY. 🪄

Sprouts feasted on witchy treats, gathered around our giant cauldron to create pretend potions (adding our own ingredients while trying to remember EVERYTHING everyone before us had added 😆🧪), freeze-danced and group-danced the night away under neon glow lights, and ended our evening cozied up for circle storytime. ✨📖

A little spooky, a whole lot of silly, and the kind of childhood memories that make you wish you could bottle up the magic and keep it forever. 💚

And yes… everyone understood the assignment with their costumes and glow gear! 🕸️💜

🍂🦔 A little hedgehog learning with our Seedlings Crew! 🦔🍂

Our Seedlings spent the day exploring fall through stories, sensory experiences, hands-on learning, and lots of little moments of connection.

We read Prickly Hedgehogs and practiced a new social skill as we passed our red rose around the room, giving each friend an opportunity to participate and practice taking turns. 🌹

Then we went on a fall scavenger hunt, talked about the colors, smells, and textures that make this season unique, searched for sneaky hedgehogs hiding in our sensory bins, and created our own hedgehog crafts. 🍁🦔

These may look like simple activities, but for our Seedlings, they’re opportunities to build communication, fine-motor skills, observation, social awareness, sensory processing, early academic foundations, and confidence—all while learning in ways that don’t require every child to learn on the same path or at the same pace.

🌱 That’s the heart of our learning community.

We recognize that development doesn’t always happen in a straight line. Our mixed-age environment embraces non-linear learners, giving children room to grow, revisit skills, learn from one another, and participate in ways that work for their developing brains and bodies.

And we were especially excited to welcome a new friend into our group this week! 💚

We currently have ONE opening for a 3.5–5.5-year-old in our Seedlings Crew.
