Hey Community, Lets Connect

To help us better prepare for emergencies, the Jackson Fire Department is introducing Community Connect—a free, secure program that allows residents and businesses inside the Jackson Fire District to share important information with first responders before an emergency happens.

By creating a free profile, you can provide information that may help us respond more effectively when every second matters.
For Residents:
• Medical conditions or functional needs
• Pets in the home
• Smoke alarm installation requests
• Other important life safety information
For Businesses:
• Building and property information
• Emergency contact details
• Hazardous material information
• Pre-incident planning details that improve responder safety
Your information is voluntary, secure, and only available to emergency responders when needed during an incident.
Getting Started is Easy:
1️⃣ Create a free account using your email, phone number, and address.
2️⃣ Enter the information that could help first responders during an emergency.
3️⃣ Keep your profile updated so we always have the most current information.
Help us be better prepared to serve you and your family.

🇺🇸 NEVER FORGET — SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 🇺🇸

Today, we remember September 11, 2001 — a day that changed our nation forever.

We remember the innocent men, women, and children who lost their lives, the families who were forever changed, and all those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

They were fathers, mothers, husbands, wives, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, friends, and fellow firefighters. They weren't simply names or numbers — they were people who chose to serve and protect others.

We also honor the police officers, EMT's, paramedics, military members, and countless civilians who showed extraordinary courage and sacrifice that day.

We also remember all who worked the rubble, many of which developing life long illness. Their courage is also not forgotten

Twenty-five years later, their sacrifice still reminds us of what it means to serve, protect, and stand together.

Some gave all, All gave some.

We will never forget.
We will always remember.

Great advice from our partners at Union County Government.
