Event has been postponed due to the weather!

NATIONAL NIGHT OUT POSTPONED

Unfortunately, due to the rain and expected weather conditions this evening, we have made the difficult decision to postpone tonight’s National Night Out event.

We know many families were looking forward to coming out to West Twin Park tonight, and we’re disappointed that the weather isn’t cooperating. Ultimately, we feel postponing the event is the best decision for everyone’s comfort and safety.

We will be working to reschedule the event and will let everyone know as soon as a new date is set.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We look forward to getting everyone together for National Night Out soon!

NEW FEATURE:

Instead of calling dispatch and tying up a phone line for something that may not require an immediate response, you can use the “Report an Outage” feature right from your phone.

It’s quick. It’s easy. And most importantly, it saves time.

Every phone call our dispatchers answer takes their attention away from other calls and responsibilities. By using the app when appropriate, you help us save time, save phone calls, and save our dispatchers precious time so they can focus on the calls that need immediate attention.

Download the Hamilton County app and take advantage of the tools we’ve put right at your fingertips.

This week, we recognize and thank the men and women of EMS who answer the call at all hours of the day and night.

Whether responding to a medical emergency, a crash scene, or simply offering a shoulder during someone’s worst moment; our EMS personnel serve with professionalism, compassion, and dedication.

Many people do not realize that a large number of our EMS providers are volunteers. They leave their families, jobs, and daily lives at a moment’s notice to respond when their communities need them most. Their willingness to serve, often without recognition, speaks volumes about their character and commitment to others.

On behalf of the Sheriff’s Office, thank you for your service, sacrifice, and commitment to keeping our communities safe and cared for. Happy EMS Week!
