It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our brother, Harley Irvin Malone.

Harley proudly served with the Welch Fire Department for 23½ years, from June 1994 through December 2017. His dedication to our department and the community will always be remembered.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., with a Celebration of Life to follow.

Harley, it was an honor and a privilege to serve our community alongside you. You will be deeply missed here, but we find comfort in knowing you are reunited with Jean Ruth.

Rest easy, brother. We’ll take it from here.
