WPD received an incredible show of support from today! They arrived with healthy snack, drinks, and, most importantly, genuine encouragement from some wonderful people.

The Blue Hero Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that travels throughout Washington State reminding law enforcement officers that they are valued, supported, and seen. We truly enjoyed their visit and are honored they made the trip to Wenatchee.

Thank you, Blue Hero Project, for your generosity, encouragement, and the important work you do for officers and agencies across our state. Your visit meant a great deal to us!

🚔💙🚓 Although we had to cancel National Night Out last week, the Wenatchee Police Department would like to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank the local businesses that generously supported this event. We are incredibly grateful for your generosity, partnership, and willingness to invest in our community.

Events like National Night Out are about bringing neighbors, families, local businesses, and law enforcement together and your support helps make those connections possible.

While we were disappointed that we couldn’t gather this year, we want you to know how much we appreciate you standing behind our community and supporting the work we do. Thank you for being a valued part of the Wenatchee community and for continuing to support the people who call it home. 🚓💙🚔
