A Voice That Matters
Every child has a story.
Every child has strengths, hopes, needs, and dreams.
And every child involved in the child welfare system deserves to have those things heard and considered.
CASA volunteers help make sure a child's voice doesn't get lost in the complexity of the system.
Here in Chelan and Douglas counties, we're working together to make sure children know: you matter, your voice matters, and your community cares. 💙

Some local heroes volunteer their time after work.
Some sit in courtrooms. Some make phone calls. Some attend school meetings. Some simply listen.
CASA volunteers are ordinary community members doing something extraordinary: showing up consistently for a child who needs someone in their corner.

A CASA volunteer may be assigned to one child, but they are never advocating alone.
Behind every CASA is a community of people who care — teachers who notice, counselors who listen, caregivers who provide stability, professionals who collaborate, donors who give, and neighbors who believe every child deserves a voice.
