Join us in congratulating this week's Panther Athletes of the Week: Liam Stuber and Annie Detamore!

🏈 Liam Stuber, 12th grade, Football
Liam is one of the hardest workers on our team and showed how great of a competitor he is Friday night when there was an injured Eastmont player and Liam took the time to check on his opponent in the middle of a highly competitive game. Liam leads by example on a daily basis and is always uplifting his teammates. Liam had his best game as a Panther Friday night finishing the game with 5 REC, 84 yards and 1 TD. Liam is oftentimes an unsung hero for our team but he had multiple great blocks Friday night leading to long runs.

⚽ Annie Detamore, 11th grade, Girls Soccer
Annie has stepped into a new role on the field with confidence and determination. Each week, she has been tasked with shutting down some of our opponents’ most dangerous players, and she has consistently risen to the challenge. Annie is a fierce competitor who works tirelessly, leaves everything on the field, and pushes her teammates to elevate their game. Her work ethic, toughness, and willingness to do whatever the team needs have made her an invaluable part of our success. She capped off our win against Sunnyside by scoring our third goal in the final

Join us in congratulating this week's Panther Athletes of the Week: Brooklyn Biwer and Jensen Bratton!

🏃‍♀️Brooklyn Biwer, 10th grade, Cross Country
Brooklyn ran a 20:00 5k and took 13th out of 105 runners and helped to lead the Wenatchee girls to an 11th place finish at the Battle for the 509 meet at the Spokane Polo Grounds on Saturday. Brooklyn has been a model of consistency this season, working exceptionally hard at practice each day and is always working to get better at the sport. She already has the 10th fastest 5k time in school history for Sophomores with a time of 19:59 and hopes to climb even higher on that list before the season is over.

🏈 Jensen Bratton, 9th grade, Football
Jensen played a high majority of snaps on both sides of the ball, pumped up his teammates on both the sideline and in the huddle in the game against Davis on Friday. In addition, he had 200+- rushing yards and 3 rushing touchdowns, leading the freshman team to their first win. Jensen also had multiple tackles for losses and a few sacks and a 90 yard rushing touchdown to seal the win.

Friday night games hit different when the whole community shows up! 🏈🐾

Panther Football pulled off a 48-13 victory over Sunnyside on Friday! The team welcomed district educators on the field before the game, and we were lucky enough to have the next generation of Panthers from Wenatchee middle schools joining football on the sidelines and playing alongside our marching band.

Shoutout to Cheer, Colorguard, Apple-Ettes, and JROTC for keeping the stadium hype all night long!
