📚🎨 Recognizing Club de Letras y Arte 🎨📚

Mayor Adrian Gonzalez and the Weslaco City Commission recognized Club de Letras y Arte for its outstanding contributions to arts, literature, and culture in our community.

Founded in November 2018, the organization has hosted 100 free events, creating opportunities for writers, artists, and musicians from Texas and Tamaulipas to share their work with the public.

Through its Spanish-language programming, Club de Letras y Arte has also provided a welcoming space for the Spanish-speaking community to connect through literature, music, and the arts.

The City of Weslaco and the Mayor Joe V. Sánchez Public Library extend their appreciation to Club de Letras y Arte and its founder, Blanka Reyes, for their continued dedication to cultural enrichment and for bringing the community together through creativity and expression.
