1). Parents, the amount of fentanyl it takes to overdose is equivalent to a few grains of salt. Talk with
your kids early and often about the dangers of fentanyl and counterfeit fentanyl-laced pills.

For Graduating Students in 2026-27

Dear Premier High School of Weslaco Seniors and Families,
As we begin preparing our graduating seniors for the next step after high school, I need all graduating seniors to go to www.ApplyTexas.org and create an account sometime this week.
When creating the account, students will need to enter an email address and verify it, most likely using their phone. **Please use a personal email address—not your school email—so you can continue receiving important college application notifications after graduation.
Because student phones are not permitted during the school day, this step must be completed at home.
During the month of October, we will begin working with all graduating seniors on college applications. In order for us to complete the next steps together at school, each senior must first have their ApplyTexas account created and verified.
Please complete this as soon as possible so we can get started.
