VetsNet is run by veterans, for veterans right here in Wisconsin. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ When local service members and their families face hard times, unexpected crises, or transition hurdles, the Wisconsin Veterans Network is there to bridge the gap.

Whether it’s $5, $100, or $500, every single dollar goes directly to putting support systems into immediate action for those who served. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, your gift makes a tangible difference in the lives of local veterans and their families.

Creating a safer community takes all of us. This Domestic Violence Awareness Month, let's focus on proactive bystander intervention and building trust networks.

-Check In: Let friends, family, and neighbors know they have a safe space to talk without judgment.

-Listen Without Bias: If someone confides in you, believe them, validate their experience, and let them take the lead on next steps.

-Share Safe Pathways: Keep local resource numbers and crisis line info accessible on your phone or shared in your community spaces.

-Small acts of listening and standing up against controlling behavior can change a life. How are you fostering safety and support in your circles this month?
